  • Favors, specialty incorporations & any miscellaneous details

  • Prep and coordination of ceremony rehearsal

• Wedding Day

  • Venue walk thru to review any final logistics

  • Managing timelines for ceremony & reception

  • Reviewing ceremony & reception venue set-up

  • Main point of contact and directing all vendors

  • Distributing final payments and or tips to vendors

  • Table set-up & misc task: guest sign in, favors, gifts, dessert bars, pinning boutonnieres etc…

  • Guest direction and point of contact for guest inquiries and questions

  • Organizing ceremony processionals & recessionals

  • Cueing entertainment during ceremony and reception

  • Guiding bridal party pre-ceremony and pre-reception entrances

  • Prepared with day-of emergency kit (cause you never know!)

  • Special coordination with friends or family members for any special day-of plans

  • Being available during entire event, handling any unforeseen situations and keeping you in the loop

  • Transporting gifts to an agreed upon secured location

  • Collection of personal items left behind and will coordinate belongings to be picked up by friends or family
